Booking Policy

Please read before you book. Sending a deposit means you have read and accepted these terms.

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure every appointment. It comes off the total price of your tattoo on the day.
Deposits are non-refundable. They cover the artist’s design time and hold a slot that could have gone to another client.
Deposit amount depends on the size of the piece. Your artist will confirm when the booking is agreed.

You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice and your deposit rolls over to the new date.
Second reschedules, changes made under 48 hours, no-shows and cancellations forfeit the deposit. A fresh deposit is required to rebook.
If we have to reschedule from our side (illness, equipment issue, unforeseen), your deposit is always honoured.

Small tweaks on the day (sizing, placement adjustments) are part of the process and included.
Full redesigns requested on the day are not, and may result in a rescheduled appointment plus additional deposit.
If you want to change the concept entirely, tell your artist as early as possible so we can prepare properly.

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be shortened or cancelled and the deposit lost.
Bring valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) to every appointment. UK law requires we verify age (18+).
Eat a full meal within a few hours before, hydrate, and avoid alcohol for 24 hours.
One guest is welcome. Under-18s are not permitted in the studio, even as guests.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop a tattoo if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Deposit is not refunded.

Balance is due at the end of the session, in card or cash.
Multi-session pieces are priced session-by-session; a fresh deposit may be requested for future sessions.
All prices are agreed with your artist in advance. No surprise fees.

You will complete a consent form on your first visit covering health, medications and allergies. Answer honestly, it protects you.
We will not tattoo if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Some skin conditions (psoriasis, eczema flare-ups, keloid scarring) and medications (blood thinners, isotretinoin/Roaccutane, immunosuppressants) may require a GP letter or a delay to your booking.

One free touch-up is offered within 3 months of your original session, provided you have followed the aftercare instructions.
Book it via the contact form the same way as any other appointment.
Touch-ups outside 3 months, or on tattoos not done by us, are charged as normal.
